Since 2005, Country Muesli has been made the slow way: whole grains hand-tossed with local honey and nuts, then roasted in small trays until every cluster is golden. It is the same recipe Linda Reynolds first baked at home, now enjoyed by delicatessens, bed & breakfasts, schools, and families across South Africa.
